Today we're going to be taking a look at the K-Source for replacement side mirror for the passenger side of your vehicle. This product's going to fit a 2012 to 2015 Honda CR-V EX. The side view mirror is a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on the vehicle. This is modeled after the manufactures original look and fit. It's going to feature power remote capability that way you can adjust the mirror face position by using the factory power remote from inside the vehicle. When it comes to the glass, we're looking at OE-grade glass with first-surface plating to reflect clear images. The front of the glass is actually plated with reflective chrome.
It does feature a break-away design so if the mirror is struck from the front, or from the back, it will fold to help deter breakage. When it comes to the housing, that's going to be a durable plastic housing with a black finish. Now, the upper portion right here, this can be painted to match your vehicle if desired. It's an easy no-drill installation. It's going to use the same foot print and mounting points as your factory mirror. You're going to have the three studs and then each stud's going to have a nut that goes with it.
Then you can plug in the electrical wiring to the existing wiring on the vehicle. When it comes to the original equipment or OE numbers, two numbers for this mirror. First one is 76208T0AA11, the second one is 76201T0AA11ZC. Please keep in mind that the power remote capability of the mirror will work only if your vehicle is already equipped with that function. The mirror chrome is very nice. Have not installed on the car as of yet.
Had to replace a damaged side mirror on my son's Prius. Price was right, George even sent me an email with a "how to install" video. Toyota wanted over $300 to do this! Literally took me less than 45 minutes! Eventually will find spray touch up paint and make it match the car, but the gloss black finish is excellent as it is. Great buying experience.
